Rapala Squidro Egging Rod

In recent years, we had numerous request for a Rapala all-round squidding rod.

We listened to our customers and would like to introduce the Rapala Squidro Technical Eging Edition squid rod.

We designed this rod for all purpose squid fishing be it from the shore or from a boat.

Materials were blended to achieve the ability to work common squid jigs ranging from size 2.5 to 4.0.

No compromise was taken when making this rod durable for whipping large squid jigs.

Sensitivity was also incorporated to ensure that you could feel the squid take when the squid jig was free falling.

With a length of 8´6´´ and line rating of PE 0.4 to 0.8, this 2 piece version rod will accomodate most squid fishing scenarios.

Rapala Squidro is fully fitted with Fuji reel seat and all guides for extra performance and reliability.

Appart from the technical side of design, we made the Rapala Squidro cool looking with carbon weaves, purple accents and highlights.

The carbon weave adds that stiffness to the lower section of the rod for fast hook sets and distance casting.
